What is Your Return Policy?
First and foremost, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. W—CO. will issue refunds and accept returns up to 100 days after your date of purchase for all unworn and unused merchandise in it's original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued in the original form of payment.
Final Sale items are non returnable/refundable.
W—CO. gift cards are non returnable.
How is Tax Calculated on Purchases?
Sales tax is assessed in any state where we have a physical store or presence. Currently, sales tax is only assessed in the state of Texas.

What is Your Shipping and Handling Policy?
We offer three types of shipping. If your order is over $65 in value you can get our standard shipping (3-5 days) for free.
Standard Shipping (3-5 days) - $7
Two day Shipping - $20
Overnight Shipping - $40
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your order is placed for your order to process with our shipping team. Note, we do not ship orders on weekends regardless of the shipping method chosen. For example, if you order Friday, we will ship the order the following Monday. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
If you order 2 day or Overnight shipping your order will go out same day if placed by 11am cst. If not, we will ship the order the following day. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to reflect any activity.
